Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and driven Commission-Based Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients such as individuals, schools, businesses, restaurants, hotels, and non-profit organizations interested in installing vertical towers. The role involves the entire sales process from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation, contracting, and final handover for installation.
This is a remote job with full support. Set your own hours. 1099 Contractor position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and target potential customers in various sectors.
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, networking events, and meetings to generate sales leads.
- Present and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our Tower Gardens to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, including conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and drafting contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, working on a commission basis.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer customized solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth handover and setup post-sale.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions and market trends to aid in product and service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the agriculture, horticulture, or related industries.
- Passionate about sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and close sales.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contracting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively to client locations.
Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performance. Specific details will be discussed during the hiring process. The target earnings for full-time sales executive based on plan ranges from $110,000 to $145,000. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and earning potential. Top performers in this role have the opportunity to earn a solid six-figure income. Specific details of the commission plan will be discussed during the hiring process.
