Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement a Full Time Permanent Placement Company is conducting a search for a Registered Nurse to visit patients at home for our Client a Home Health Agency. High Demand for Full Time Visiting Registered Nurse. Visit areas available in all boroughs, and surrounding counties, including Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk County. Will train New RNs interested in Home Care! Flexible weekend schedules available. Salary based on relevant experience. Must have a car for making patient visits in most territories. No car needed for Manhattan visits. Salary 100-130k!
About the position:
The Visiting RN (Registered Nurse) performs home visits, assessments and follow up visits to patients. The RN advocates for quality patient care, collaborates with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided at home.
Willing to train RNs with Nursing experience.
Bilingual Skills a plus.
Qualifications:
- Must be a NYS Registered Nurse
- Min. of 1 year Nursing experience in Home Care, Hospital or Nursing Home.
- Knowledge of ICD 10 and OASIS Guidelines a plus but not required
- Ability to visit patients in a home environment.
- Bilingual Skills a plus
- Excellent Organizational Skills Required.
This is a Full Time Direct Hire Position offering excellent Benefits and Competitive Salary. $100,000-130,000
