As a Refinery Site Manager for Downstream Chemicals, you will provide a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems.

As a Refinery Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunities
• Identifying, coordinating, and collaborating with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers
• Developing, delivering, and leading business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and teams
• Managing the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for customer accounts, technicians and account representatives
• Demonstrating good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers
• Following Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliance • Directly manage a team of employees

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business or other relevant field
• Possess at least 5 years of refinery chemicals experience
• Demonstrate good communication and presentation with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers.
• Have demonstrated aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
• Be experienced in using Microsoft office applications
