Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising: Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity, debt, grants, and alternative financing options. Build and leverage relationships with venture capitalists, angel investors, financial institutions, and government agencies to secure funding for expansion and product advancement.
Operational and Project Finance Management: Establish and maintain a robust financial infrastructure to finance corporate assets such as inventory and long term contracts in progress. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and tax laws. Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.
Exit Strategy Planning: Develop and implement strategies to position Frontline Wildfire Defense for potential exit opportunities, such as acquisition or IPO. Conduct thorough financial analysis and planning to maximize value and mitigate risk.

Qualifications:

Extensive direct experience in fundraising, with a successful track record in securing funding from diverse sources and navigating complex financing structures.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA required.
Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles within high-growth startups or established organizations, preferably as a CFO or VP of Finance.
Expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with investors, board members, and external partners.
Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to financial management and decision-making.
