Job Title: Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time (In-School) 30 hours
Language Requirement: Bilingual Spanish-Speaking
Contract Options: 1099 or W2
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and paraprofessionals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and behavior.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis.
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
- Seminole County School Badge
