Job Description: Acquisitions Manager is responsible for working with a high energy team to acquire investment properties for the company portfolio while communicating with clients. The AQM will be responsible for creating relationships with sellers with the intent of purchasing their home for cash. This position requires someone with powerful relational skills and negotiations capabilities.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

• Cultivating & maintaining client relationships.

• Logging your acquisitions data into our company CRM.

• Innovating to streamline work processes.

• Find ways to continue to add value to the team and clients.

• Ability to close a sale on the phone or in person

• Guiding the homeowner to fill out purchase contracts/agreements online or in person.

• Continually following up with prospect homeowners that did need to sell their property

• Must be bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Arizona: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
