Administrator for Small Group Homes

DD Homes is seeking an Administrator who is ready to begin a stable, long-term career working with the industry leader in Residential Services for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities. Our staff work hard, have fun, and make a difference in the lives of our individuals every day.

Primary duties include the following: Marketing and public relations, personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and discipline, monitoring of home policies and procedures, coordinating staff and management teams, ensuring that the home is in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations for licensure certification, and other duties as requested.

Ideal candidates will have strong management and organization skills and have experience in a Human Services field. Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s in a Social Service Related Field

· Minimum of 1 Year of Management or Supervisory Experience

· Leadership and Problem Solving Skills

· Excellent Written, Verbal Communication, & Organization Skills

· Microsoft Office Skills Required (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

· Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance

· Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
