Come join the Black Butte Ranch culinary team!

We are hiring a seasonal, full time Sous Chef for our summer season at Robert's Pub, starting in April.

If you're passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience and love working as part of a team, we want to hear from you!


The Sous Chef works with the Chef de Cuisine in supervising food production, assists the Chef with menu planning, inventory, pricing, cost controls and requisitioning food preparation staff, assists with food production tasks, ensures attainment of all quality and cost standards, and serve as 'second in command' of the kitchen in the absence of the Chef.


Our ideal applicant has at least two years of culinary experience, strong leadership and mentoring experience, can easily analyze and solve problems, is a good multi-tasker and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.


Pay is from $27.00/hr based on skills and experience, there is opportunity for overtime, and you'll receive tips!
