Southeast Developer is looking to hire a:
BFR (Build for Rent) Director of Marketing.
A large private developer is looking to fill a newly created senior marketing position. This position will be located in the company’s corporate office.
The BFR Director Marketing will oversee all marketing efforts related to the existing and under construction BFR residential communities throughout the Southeast.
Will have direct responsibility for all BFR marketing strategies.
Will manage 3rd party and in-house marketing team resources.
Must have a minimum of five years’ experience in real estate marketing, with at least two years’ experience working for a BFR or For-Sale home builder or developer.
