Job Description

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

Program and operate Brown & Sharp Global Advantage CMM using PC-DMIS.
Program and operate portable 7 Axis Romer arm with Verisurf.
Perform model base inspection per digital product definitions and requirements.
Perform mechanical inspections as required using manual inspection tools.
Perform in process inspections as required on the shop floor.
Strong surface plate knowledge layout inspection a must.

Qualifications:

Must understand engineering drawings, GD&T, aerospace specifications and standards
Must be familiar with and able to produce AS9102 Forms
Must be able to use all standard measuring equipment
Must have knowledge of AS9100D Quality System.
5 years minimum Aerospace Experience a must
3-5 years minimum experience with PC-DMIS a must
