Job description

Hiring Opportunity: Painesville
Our client is looking for CMM operator/programmer to join their team in Painesville, Ohio. Our client produces a wide range of precision machined components for a wide variety of industries.
The CMM operator/programmer would be responsible for performing first piece, in process & final inspections on complex components with tight tolerances.
Qualified candidates would have experience with inspection, CMM programming, and ability to read blue prints.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write CMM programs
- Operate both manual and automatic CMMs
- Perform first piece inspection and provide feedback of finding and/or opportunities for improvement
- Document all inspection results
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming product
- Calibrate gages
Job Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience related to inspection and CMM
- Ability to read complex blueprints and perform inspection lay-outs including GD&T
- Programming experience
