Position Information:

Application/Systems Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Following a Change Request from creation to completion, providing review, detail validation and execution of all tasks
2. Tuning the Application stack to improve stability and resultant uptime metrics
3. Acute and Recurring issue investigation and resolution
4. Performance Trend Analysis

Requirements:

1. Understanding the importance of compliance in relation to healthcare and Protected Health Information handling
2. Experience with Automation, Configuration Management and Orchestration; Infrastructure as code (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Kubernetes, Cloudformation, Terraform etc.)in a Cloud environment a huge plus.
3. Experience with tuning, upgrading, and configuring Java Applications
