Job Description

BASIC is a third-party administrator, and one of the first to administer Flexible Spending Accounts in the nation. BASIC is a Technology Driven HR Compliance Company focused on delivering administrative and technology solutions to assist Human Resource Departments throughout the United States.

Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Director coordinates and functionally supervises all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance and other financial professionals (Distributors) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.

This position also has primary responsibilities to successfully establish, maintain, and enhance credibility, communications, and relationships with Distributors and accounts to establish new customer relationships. This position will be responsible for selling in the Gulf States Region. We are open to home location within Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Starting base salary is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • A minimum of three years professional sales experience.
  • Previous sales experience using a relationship-selling model is preferred
  • Previous relevant industry experience and/or connections is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for face-to-face sales calls.
