Job Description

Full-time Occupational Therapy Assistants! We are seeking a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in-person for a clinic based position in the East Bay, CA to join our team. Supportive teammates and engaging caseload. Must have a current and valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or Eligible.

Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and NPA (Non-public agency) with decades of experience providing quality therapy services in pediatrics. Responsibilities:

Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of an OTR/L.
Document and store treatment plans and progress reports.
Update client’s progress reports.
Implement and document the therapeutic interventions, and provide feedback to the OTR/L on the client's progress during treatment.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy with a current California COTA license.
Current California Board of Occupational Therapy license or eligibility pending
Ability to build rapport with staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive and collaborative demeanor.
