Assistant Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Assistant Shift Supervisor will assist the Shift Supervisor and have the ability to be hands-on, manage production lines, employees, production processes and maintain high quality standards

Job Duties:

Mold Set ups and Insert Changeovers
Set up auxiliary equipment
Monitor computer system for changeovers and direct as needed
Enter scrap and downtimes in computer system
Communicate with the Quality Inspectors to ensure our production is good.
Train new operators proper procedure
Comply with all processing procedures as set up by the Production Manager.
Use computer for system actions related to inventory, scheduling, process documentation, and communications.
