We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Fence Installer to join our team. As the Lead Fence Installer, you will oversee fence installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is skilled in various types of fence installations, has strong leadership abilities, and is committed to maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and execute fence installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.


Leadership and Supervision: Lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and performance.


Customer Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any questions or concerns.


Site Preparation: Review and prepare work sites, including marking out areas, inspecting ground conditions, and setting up equipment.
