A to Z Quality Fencing is a family owned and operated fence company that has been building the highest quality fences in Wisconsin and Minnesota since 1996. Our team of Fencepertsโ„ข installs vinyl, aluminum, cedar, and chain link fencing for homeowners, businesses, and horse farms using our innovative No-Mess, No-Dig installation process โ€” and we back our work with the best warranties in the industry, including lifetime craftsmanship warranties. Weโ€™re growing, and our Hartford, WI location is looking for a Lead Fence Installer to run installations and lead a crew in the field.

What Youโ€™ll Do

โ€ข Lead a fence installation crew on residential, commercial, and farm projects
โ€ข Install vinyl, aluminum, cedar wood, and chain link fencing and gates to A to Z quality standards
โ€ข Pound posts, set posts, hang gates, and complete installations start to finish
โ€ข Read job specs and layouts, and ensure every fence is built square, plumb, and built to last
โ€ข Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety
โ€ข Operate installation equipment and maintain tools, trucks, and job sites
โ€ข Represent A to Z Quality Fencing professionally with customers on every job

What Weโ€™re Looking For

โ€ข Fence installation experience strongly preferred โ€” experienced installers start at $30/hour
โ€ข Less experience? Weโ€™ll train the right person at $25/hour with room to grow into the lead rate
โ€ข Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of job quality from start to finish
โ€ข Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons
โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation preferred
โ€ข Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
