About Us: Thomas Fence has been in business since 1993 and is bonded and insured. Greg and Kate Paschal have been the owners since May of 2003. Their primary focus is to provide excellent quality fencing that meets the needs of customers in Northwest Arkansas. Our services include installing all kinds of residential and commercial fencing.

Salary: From $18-$25 per hour depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week

Responsibilities: - Lead a crew of fence builders in various construction projects - Oversee the assembly and installation of wood, metal and chain link fence - Coordinate and supervise the jobs per week - Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines - Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols - Collaborate with operations manager to plan and execute project tasks - Maintain a clean and organized work area

Must have a valid Driver’s License and be insurable

Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in fencing or construction - Strong knowledge of fence building - Proficient in using a variety of hand tools and power equipment - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Knowledge of fence building materials
