Crew Lead/Foreman – Lead Elite Commercial Fencing Crews for Fencing Solutions & Construction, LLC.


Job Overview

  • Company: Fencing Solutions & Construction, LLC.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $27 to $32 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Based Bonus.
  • Location: Byhalia, MS.
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (with occasional weekend/overtime work).
  • Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, Government, Federal, and Residential.
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.


The Opportunity

You will serve as a premier field leader, taking complete ownership of commercial fencing projects from initial layout to final client walkthrough. This role gives you the autonomy to direct field operations while mentoring the next generation of craftsmen in a high-growth company. You will be backed by a leadership team that respects your trade mastery and rewards elite execution with performance bonuses.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead and supervise a dedicated field crew of 2–6+ installers on large-scale commercial fencing projects.
  • Execute perfect layouts and installations for complex commercial chain link and ornamental iron systems.
  • Direct daily work sequencing and task delegation to maintain strict project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct daily safety briefings and strictly enforce jobsite protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Inspect all completed field work to guarantee it exceeds our internal standards before client sign-off.
  • Manage on-site material logistics, track physical inventory, and safely operate essential field machinery.
  • Train and mentor junior team members patiently to scale the crew's overall installation capabilities.
  • Communicate between field and office staff, acting as the liaison between internal teams.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial fencing installation.
  • Proven background including 2-3 years or more of running commercial crews and executing complex fencing layouts with minimal oversight.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting site plans, construction blueprints, and project schedules.
  • Deep technical expertise in commercial chain link, ornamental/iron, and perimeter security systems.
  • Ability to operate heavy installation equipment including skid steers, augers, and post hole diggers.
  • Valid driver's license with a completely clean driving record and experience towing trailers safely.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentorship, training, or evaluating junior team members in a field environment.
