Fence Foreman - Commercial Projects

Baltimore Metro Area

Full-time / Year Round Work / Competitive Pay

Schedule

- Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm.

- Portal to portal pay (clock in at our shop in White Marsh, travel to site in company service trucks, return to the shop at the end of the day).

- If weather causes a rain delay during the week, Friday will be used as a make up day to try to ensure 40 hour work weeks.

We are a fast growing fence company serving the Maryland area and surrounding. We are looking for experienced Fence Foreman to lead commercial fence projects. This is a working foreman position. You will be hands on in the field alongside your crew - not an observing or supervisory only role. We are looking for someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities

- Lead and work alongside installation crews on commercial projects.

- Run commercial fence jobs from start to finish.

- Read blueprints and perform job layout.

- Coordinate materials and equipment.

- Communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors.

- Maintain safety standards.

- Job site organization.

- Ensure quality workmanship and production goals are met.

Qualifications

- Proven experience running commercial fence projects.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Hands on mindset with the ability to work in the field daily.

- Ability to operate equipment (Skid steer, Lull, mini ex)

- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.

- Reliable and dependable transportation.
