Position Summary

The Fence Foreman is responsible for leading field operations while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to Prestige Fence LLC quality standards. The Foreman serves as the company's field leader and represents Prestige professionally with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, and employees.

The Foreman is responsible for planning daily production, managing crews, maintaining equipment, controlling job costs, enforcing safety procedures, ensuring quality workmanship, documenting progress, and delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.

Success in this role is measured by production efficiency, customer satisfaction, crew leadership, job profitability, safety performance, and quality control.
