For 65 years, Anvil Fence Company has been the Treasure Valley's most trusted name in fencing. We're the oldest fence company in Idaho—and we're hiring entry-level installers to grow with us.

No fencing experience? No problem. If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn a real trade, we'll train you. Every foreman on our crews today started out as an installer.

What You'll Get

  • $19–$24 per hour, depending on experience
  • Overtime available during busy season
  • Year-round work — we don't shut down for winter like most construction crews
  • Company truck and tools provided — show up ready to work, that's it
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match + profit sharing
  • Paid time off and employee discount
  • A real promotion path — today's installer is tomorrow's foreman. We mean it.
  • Referral program — bring on a buddy, earn a bonus

What You'll Do

  • Work on a crew installing fences for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Set posts, mix and pour concrete, assemble panels and gates
  • Use hand and power tools to build it right the first time
  • Follow your foreman's lead and keep the worksite clean and safe
  • Represent Anvil with professionalism on every job

What We're Looking For

  • Hardworking, dependable, and on time — every day
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Able to lift 75 lbs and stay on your feet all day
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Garden City yard
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Fencing experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, with overtime during busy periods
  • In-person at our Garden City, ID yard (83714)
