We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our growing fencing business. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in staying organized and ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, ensuring fencing products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. You'll work closely with our warehouse and operations team to keep stock moving and customers satisfied while contributing to continuous improvements in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and other equipment.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency and product accessibility.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure orders are prioritized and dispatched to meet customer deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, preferably within building supplies, fencing, landscaping, or a similar industry.
  • Proven experience operating a forklift is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock management is a plus.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy fencing materials.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
  • Current driver's license required.
