A fence builder is responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing fences around properties such as homes, businesses, and farms. Their work involves measuring and marking locations for posts, digging post holes, mixing and pouring concrete, and assembling materials like wood, metal, or vinyl into fences. Fence builders ensure that fences are sturdy, level, and meet the specifications required by the client or local regulations. They may also advise clients on the best type of fencing material for their needs and provide maintenance services.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a fence builder, and why are they important?

These skills ensure fences are built safely, accurately, and efficiently, meeting client expectations and industry standards.
