- Dealership Experience is a PLUS and or Warranty Administrator is a PLUS.
Job Description:
- Processes warranty claims on a timely basis.
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Verifies criteria required by manufacture.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payment through the appropriate accounting schedule(s).
- Post credits through dealership's data computer system.
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization for management to write them off.
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
- Proper archiving of service records.
- Keeps informed of Factory recalls, Bulletins and Procedural changes.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Completes Dealership and Manufacturers training standards as required.
- Assists in booking repair orders as needed.
