Job Summary:

As the Lead HVAC Service Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of equipment and play a crucial role in mentoring and training less-experienced technicians, fostering growth within our team. Compensation:

Earning potential of $80,000 - $140,000

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead service, repair, and propose replacements for various systems, including gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Take the lead in troubleshooting, adapting, and resolving issues to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
• Conduct thorough inspections, preventing future issues, and educate customers on system needs.
• Lead the documentation of all services, discussions, and costs accurately for transparency and efficiency.
• Uphold professionalism by following safety protocols, wearing company-approved apparel, and respecting customers' property.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• HVAC zoning system expert
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of technicians.
• Solid communication and customer service skills.
• Possession of appropriate trade tools.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Approachable and provides excellent customer service
• Ambitious mindset looking for growth
