Programs Manager II -IPS
About the Position: The incumbent selected for this position will assist agencies in making organizational and programmatic changes to implement and sustain a full continuum of employment support services, including Individual Placement and Support (IPS) programs. This individual will provide training and consultation to practitioners and agency leaders as well as work with local and State offices of Vocational Rehabilitation to improve collaboration between mental health agencies and Vocational Rehabilitation.
Job Type/Salary:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree and one year of professional experience; or a bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
Preference may be given to applicants with a degree in psychology, social work, sociology, public health, or related field and two years of experience vocational rehabilitation services, employment placement or housing.
