Registered Nurse Hospice
- Part-Time
We are seeking Registered Nurse to join our growing hospice team. In this position, you will work with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
· Establish patient Plan of Care.
· Communicate with collaborating Physicians and Specialists regarding patient care.
· Supervise and oversee LVNs and CHHAs.
· Provide Hospice education to Family, Caregiver, and Facility.
· Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure patient needs are met.
Qualifications:
· Active current license
· Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields is a plus
· Familiarity with medical software and equipment
· Ability to build rapport with patients and families
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
