Paralegal

Wilson Elser's Milwaukee Office seeks a Full Time Paralegal to join a fast-paced team. This position may be a hybrid remote/in office if desired after the initial training period.

This is an excellent opportunity for paralegals looking to expand their careers and who are interested in gaining fast-paced professional experience with a national law firm. Practice area-specific training will be provided.

The Position

Qualifications
•Must have a bachelor's degree
•Litigation paralegal skills are transferrable for this position
•Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
•Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
•Clear and effective communication skills both orally and in writing
•Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily
•Must be able to work independently and be proactive

Responsibilities
•Maintain diary/calendar of all deadlines for data breach notifications, reporting and responses to regulatory investigations
•Draft breach notifications to individuals and regulators
•Draft responses to regulatory investigations and requests for information, including compiling narrative responses, exhibits and bates-labeling
•Interface with clients, insurance carriers, and vendors
•Manage documents and organize case files
•Liaise with third party vendors to obtain quotes to support investigation of cyber incidents and notification
•Track vendor contracts and Statements of Work
