Beverage Director - Entertainment Venue

The Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing the venue's wine, beer, and liquor program. You will create and deliver a world-class entertainment and food and beverage experience for our guests. You will own this environment through your actions motivating a team and delivering consistency, flawless service, and exceeding guest expectations.

What you'll do:

• Motivate associates with hands-on coaching and teaching.
• Orchestrate daily beverage operations while ensuring proper execution of service.
• Create and manage associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts.
• Responsible for beer and liquor inventory
• Drive Associate engagement and hospitality.
• Create safe operational standards for both Guests and Associates
• Leverage business and trends to drive performance and maximize returns
• Manage compliance with all brand-related initiatives in the Beverage Department

What you will need:

• 5+ years as a Senior Food and Beverage or Entertainment Manager with $10MM+ annual revenue.
• Specific experience in bar inventory management with in-depth wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
• P&L experience
• Experience with Food and Beverage management platforms
• Comfortable using a variety of software platforms for scheduling, ordering, inventory, and venue management.
• Effectively manage and engage a large team of hourly associates.
• Ability to collaborate with a team of experienced food and beverage associates daily to achieve results.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
