Training and Development Manager

The Learning and Development Manager will create a global framework that cultivates learning opportunities for our team.

You will:

• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs (on-going gap analysis)
• Define and develop people development programs in collaboration with the HR team, and cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
• Create and implement highly effective and innovative learning opportunities, including digitized content, individualized learning paths, and team skill set development.
• Provide functional expertise regarding learning management systems.
• Create and evangelize success metrics/dashboards.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's Degree; at least 5 years of related experience delivering programs in technology and corporate environments
• Working knowledge of e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (Absorb a plus)
• Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: planning, execution, and performance/monitoring.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking virtual/global environment.
• Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills
• Can do, roll up sleeves’ attitude.
• Certifications in Adult Learning, Organizational development or equivalent
