Syntricate Technologies is looking for a SmartCOMM Developer specializing in the insurance domain. The role involves leveraging expertise in SmartCOMM to create and maintain templates, design data models, and develop interactive communications while ensuring seamless API integration.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Leverage your 5+ years of experience to create, modify, and maintain SmartCOMM templates, forms, and communications.
โ€ข Design and implement data models, ensuring accurate mapping between XML schemas and business data objects.
โ€ข Develop interactive communications using Draft Editor, Data Capture, and ipdf functionalities.
โ€ข Configure and manage Smart Communications Appliance in both cloud and hybrid deployment models.
โ€ข Utilize Thunderhead/Smart Communication APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
โ€ข Author and consolidate business templates, ensuring consistent design, layout, and multilingual support.
โ€ข Create static layouts for print and responsive layouts for web, optimizing the user experience across devices.
โ€ข Implement batch configurations, template selectors, and output configurations for efficient processing.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข SmartCOMM Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SmartCOMM (Thunderhead) development.
โ€ข Insurance Domain: Deep understanding of insurance processes and terminology, preferably in Guidewire environments.
โ€ข SmartCOMM Modules: Proficiency in Data Modeler, Advanced Template Designer, and Web Editor.
โ€ข Appliance Configuration: Expertise in configuring and managing Smart Communications Appliance.
โ€ข API Knowledge: Experience working with Thunderhead/Smart Communication APIs.
โ€ข XML and Data Mapping: Strong understanding of XML schemas and data mapping principles.
โ€ข Template Design: Ability to author and consolidate business templates for various communication channels.
โ€ข Responsive Design: Skills in creating both static and responsive layouts for print and web.
โ€ข Batch Configuration: Technical knowledge of creating batch configurations and template selectors.
โ€ข Java/J2EE: Working knowledge of Java/J2EE, JSON, and web services is desirable.
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience with other CCM tools
