Position Responsibilities

· Follow up with new and existing patients who have requested an appointment in one of our 5 locations and help them schedule their visit

· Contact patients who had to cancel or were unable to keep an appointment in the past, and help them to reschedule their appointment

· E-mail, text and call all new patient inquiries in a timely fashion according to our process

· Promptly follow-up on all inquiries and ensure all patients questions are answered

· Follow up with patients who have been issued a treatment plan, outlining the dental work they need performed, and ensure they are scheduled for their next visit

Experience:

• Outbound sales or appointment scheduling: 1 year + (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
