Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a MATERIAL PRODUCTION WORKER job in Superior, WI. Pay is $15 an hour. This is a temporary opportunity with potential for permanent hire upon successfully completing training.

SHIFT: MON-FRI 6:00AM-2:00PM
Responsibilities for this MATERIAL PRODUCTION WORKER job include:
- Use of files to sharpen cutting edges on tools
- Putting serrations in the jaws of long nose pliers
- Ensure removal of machine marks, scratches, and small materials as needed
- Maintain precise specifications using hand and eye coordination (may require CNC tools at times)
- Assist in maintaining assembly production
- Check for materials needed on production line
- Keep up to date on training and updated goals throughout training process
- Manage time effectively
- Additional tasks may vary as training continues Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to handle small handheld tools
- Related job experience and/or knowledge of the manufacturing industry is desired
- Passion for manufacturing and the honing craft is a plus Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for MATERIAL PRODUCTION WORKER job:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting preferred
If needing bus line, the shift can adjust to a 7:00 AM start time to accommodate bus schedule.
