Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative on a 6-month contract basis. This role is based in our call center, where you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their pest control needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding pest control services.
• Schedule appointments for pest inspections and treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with our service technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available to work in-person at our call center location.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
