As a Marketing Manager at STREAMETRIC, you will sit in the driver's seat and take charge of our companies marketing and advertising. STREAMETRIC revolutionizes water & wastewater with intelligent monitoring. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
• Oversee and be responsible for maintaining the company’s marketing budget
• Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts
• Communicate the marketing plans to the team and other stakeholders
• Research demand for the company’s products or services
• Identify potential customers and develop proposals to attract them
• Coordinate with creative teams to design marketing materials such as brochures and ads
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
• Collaborate with Sales team to organize and oversee exhibitions and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Maintain and further develop current website

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator or similar role within the Water/Wastewater industry
• Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
• Experience with CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and digital marketing tools and techniques
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
• Degree in Marketing or relevant field

Base salary range: $60K

Bonus: up to $5K
