Position Overview:
The company is seeking experienced Service Technicians to play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing apartments and houses across St. Louis County, St. Louis City, Jefferson County, and St. Charles County. This is not your typical remodeling job - they need individuals who can troubleshoot problems and make repairs efficiently, ensuring the job is done right the first time.
What You'll Bring:
Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and take direction from supervisors
Clean appearance and professional demeanor
Curiosity and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
Own tools- Having a 20 ft. ladder is a plus and ideal!
Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with occasional nights and weekends on call
Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair
Bonus points for experience in roofing, tuck-pointing, and HVAC
