Position Summary: The Executive Assistant we are seeking will be directly involved in maintaining and nurturing vital business relationships through regular communication, including managing delinquent accounts, conducting sales and investor calls, and ensuring all interactions reinforce our brand's commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic personality and a compelling phone presence, combined with unparalleled organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of outbound communication efforts, including calling delinquent accounts to ensure timely resolutions and maintain positive relationships.
  • Conduct sales calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services/products.
  • Engage with investors through scheduled calls to provide updates, answer queries, and strengthen investor relations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all forms of communication, reflecting the executive team's commitment to integrity.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience in communicating financial results and business strategies to investors and analysts is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, investment portfolios, and market trends is preferred,
  • Proven track record in a role requiring extensive phone communication, such as sales, customer service, or a similar position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
  • Strong ability to convey messages effectively and persuasively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office management tools
