We seek a friendly, service-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team. You must be personable and have outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a friendly, personable disposition.
- Perform clerical tasks (sorting mail, filing, etc.)
- Assist in mortgage fulfillment-related tasks such as auditing closing documents and trailing docs.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintained and cleaned the break area and kitchen.
- A basic understanding of the mortgage industry and processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle confidential documentation in a professional, ethical manner.
- Professional communication skills – written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills and ability to promptly respond to vendor/inter-departmental requests.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook.
Educational Requirements:
- High school degree
- Previous clerical-related experience.
