Wage: $50,000 per year

Hours: 

• Part-time

Duties of the client service assistant:

• Compile reports on sales activities and budgets
• Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing paperwork, and other administrative functions
• Conduct research and analyze data
• Provide accurate information to callers and clients
• Update client files while maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in client meetings to determine their financial needs

Requirements of the client service assistant:

• Proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
