Senior Manager, Deployment Finance

The Finance Sr Manager will support the construction, engineering, logistics, field service, and other organizations in network deployment project accounting, controls, and analysis. Additionally, the Finance Sr Manager will report to the CFO organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of four associates
• Oversee the contractor billing assurance program
• Project creation/management in multiple systems with standard nomenclature adherence
• Lead internal Associate Capital Labor Reporting Program
• Conduct comprehensive project controls analysis (i.e. vs budget)
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Assist with monthly capital/fixed asset reporting

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, Master's degree is preferred
• 5+ years of project or fixed asset accounting/finance in the telecommunications industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office, ERP, and HR/Payroll systems
• US GAAP proficiency
• Ability to preserve and maintain confidential information
• Prior supervisory experience is ideal
• Detail oriented, critical analysis, excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface at all levels in an organization
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as lead a team
