As the Health Club Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, developing fitness programs, and maintaining a safe environment. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
• Ensure outstanding service for all members.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Enhance the overall member experience.

Fitness Program Development:
• Design a variety of fitness programs.
• Collaborate with instructors to create engaging workouts.
• Stay informed about industry trends.

Sales and Marketing:
• Develop strategies to attract and retain members.
• Promote membership packages and services.
• Participate in community events.

Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a clean, well-equipped facility.
• Develop efficient operational policies.
• Ensure safety, security, and risk management.

Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Foster a positive work environment.

Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
• Implement revenue-generating initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in fitness center management.
• Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
