In this role, you are paired with one client and have a set schedule with them. We train our Direct Support Professionals (caregivers) to confidently deliver cares to our clients in their homes. We offer MULTIPLE BONUS STRUCTURES! That's right, not only are you paid a livable and competitive hourly wage, but on top of that we have a list of bonuses you are eligible for! This would be a great role for the busy nursing or medical student! Though experience is preferred, it is not required! At Armatage, our DSP's are more than just caregivers, they are friends and family. Each and every one of our DSP's are trained above industry standard and are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. We do not offer invasive services, for example: No G tubes, trachs, extensive wound care, injections, and no administering medications. Below are a few ADLs our DSPs assist with:
