Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategies of Professional Arts Pharmacy. This position involves collaboration with executive leadership, sales and various teams to ensure brand consistency, optimize digital marketing efforts, and enhance internal and external communications.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Direct and ensure the consistent use of brand elements and messaging guidelines including logo, tagline and other brand standards for new creative and all internal and external Professional Arts documents.
  • Develop and/or oversee the production of basic photo and video content, which might include taking photographs at events or editing video clips.
  • Manage outside creative vendors as needed for the development of materials.
  • Receive marketing materials from vendors, conduct thorough quality checks to ensure they meet established standards, and record them as incoming inventory.
  • Organize and maintain the physical inventory of marketing supplies to ensure accessibility and orderliness. Continuously update inventory records to reflect current stock levels and conditions.
  • Develop and uphold comprehensive documentation of marketing processes and organization of a filing system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the department.
  • Track and audit marketing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy and appropriate literacy levels for comprehension for clinical materials.
  • Develop and distribution of Monthly employee newsletter.
  • Organize and manage all the marketing activities for the organization for internal and external audiences.
  • Lead the employee engagement activities that helps create an internal brand aligned to our company values.
  • Manage corporate events, including planning, agenda setting, preparing meeting space and documentation.
  • Maximize Professional Arts’ social media presence by proactively planning & posting materials, videos, photos, podcasts, etc. on various digital social platforms.
  • Oversee the measurement and refining of the pharmacy’s online presence using analytic tools such as Google Analytics and monitor the success of the social media program through the use of social metrics tools.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Executive team and both staff as well as outside contacts, coordinating meetings, managing communications with visitors, and handling phone calls to ensure seamless executive interactions and operations.
  • Support new hire onboarding through creation of new hire binders, ordering name tags, assisting with job postings, materials for job fairs and contribute to New Hire Orientation presentation editing and formatting.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Business.
  • Demonstrable experience in Marketing coupled with the potential for growth.
  • Ad agency experience a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Creative writing skills
  • Up to date with the latest marketing and advertising trends through independent research
  • Solid knowledge of social channels (e.g., LinkedIn and Facebook and use of management tools, a plus)
  • Sales and business development experience and skills are a plus.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Business Programs (Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Adobe Creative Suite and Canva design experience.
  • Database management experience.
