Title: Help Desk Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Golden, CO

Duration: 6 months with possible extension (s)

Must-have skills: 2+ y of Technical Support exp (including Customer Service and/or Network Account Management); exp with Service Desk Ticket System (Service Now is pref); exp with Active Directory (AD); governmental exp, CJIS certification training/exam.

Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Jr.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 4 days/week at the Client's site in Golden, CO (required);
  • Experience working as Help Desk Support Specialist (1+ year);
  • Experience with TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7.
  • Experience with Service Desk Ticket System.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • An associate degree in a related area.

Preferred:

  • Service Now experience.
