Job Description

As Specialist, Digital Advertising you will be in key role managing the digital advertising process across key campaigns for channels including native, display, programmatic, digital video/OTT. Working with ad operations, this includes reporting, data analysis, optimization, and presentations to clients as well as creative content recommendations to improve results. The role may also include managing the ad process for non-digital media (OOH, terrestrial radio, print) depending on the client.

Success in this role will be determined by your ability to move the organization forward through improved operational processes, accuracy/efficiency in completing deliverables, quick responses to client requests and a natural curiosity to learn more and grow in the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day paid media campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including:

  • Manage all digital advertising deadlines and deliverables, making recommendations to the clients and internal groups on improved creative materials
  • QA assets to ensure they are within spec and align with audience profiles
  • Communicate and coordinate across internal team members daily to expedite requests submitted to the ad ops team for your assigned clients
  • Develop reporting and analyze campaign data. Optimize programs accordingly utilizing conversion tracking to deliver maximum return for clients.
  • Derive meaningful insights from campaign data and present insights in client facing and internal presentations
  • Perform competitive analyses, as well as provide views on emerging technologies and digital marketing opportunities.
  • Interface with the media planning/buying department to work on new media opportunities and custom program development

Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in advertising, communications, business, data, or another related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing digital advertising at an agency or in a client-side role
  • Knowledge of paid media and paid media metrics
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • A great attitude, natural curiosity, resourcefulness, intelligence, and work ethic
  • Desire to contribute to the creative and collaborative culture of the agency
  • BONUS: Knowledge of paid search, paid social and SEO
  • BONUS: Experience in Google Campaign Manager, Google Display and Video 360 and Google Ads
