Job DescriptionCompany Description
Seeking a legal assistant/paralegal for Plaintiff’s personal injury/medical malpractice firm. Candidate should have 2-5 years of litigation experience and the ability to assist attorneys, as well as work independently. Responsibilities include docketing, maintaining case files using case management system, drafting, and answering discovery, preparing pleadings, E-filing documents in various courts/counties, scheduling hearings and depositions and assisting at trial. Bilingual (Spanish), a plus, but not required. Salary commensurate with experience.
