iBounce Texas Delivery and Setup Technician (Starting at $15/hour + tips):

Requirements:

• Ages 17+.
• Reliable transportation to and from iBounce Texas warehouse near Bandera/ 410.
• Have a cell phone.
• Be familiar with San Antonio and surrounding community delivery areas and/or able to assist driver with navigating using Apple Maps or Google Maps.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Become familiar with the Event Rental System (ERS) driver app, including communicating with customers using app for upcoming and past deliveries.
• Be physically fit and have the strength to move and manipulate equipment up to 200+ pounds using motorized and non-motorized hand trucks (dollies).
• Exhibit a positive attitude, eager to learn and self-motivated to do a good job.
• Ability to prioritize safety and follow all established safety procedures and protocols.
• Have friendly interpersonal skills.
• Can assist driver with following and keeping to computer generated delivery schedule.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Make good decisions when working independently.
• Demonstrate the ability to become customer obsessed and balance this with the needs of iBounce Texas.
• Handle pressure and difficult customers well.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include loading, delivering, setting-up, cleaning, taking down, and returning equipment to/from trucks or trailers and the warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring all safety and operating procedures, including providing instructions for the proper use of the equipment with customers. You will assist with the delivery and setup to backyard parties, schools, churches, event venues, parks, and businesses. You may also deliver to fairs, festivals, and other large events.

Pay:

Starting at $15/hour plus tips.

Hours:

Most of our deliveries are on the weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Also might have the opportunity for warehouse work and assisting with smaller deliveries during weekdays.

Comprehensive training and mentoring will be provided by iBounce Texas. We will teach you everything you need to know about our rental interactive games, inflatables, and concession machines. This includes all applicable safety procedures and policies, transportation and securement methods and best practices, as well as set up and take-down procedures and techniques.

Part-time team members are generally employed on weekends and accrue about 20-25 hours on Friday through Sundays with occasional weekday work. Opportunities for more work on weekdays are often available upon request.
