ISA JOB DESCRIPTION

One of Michigan’s top Real Estate groups is looking for an energetic, out-going and gregarious Inside Sales Agent. This is a base salary plus bonus opportunity.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast moving sales environment and is happy speaking to customers through the majority of the day. This Is a high level customer service position, and is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high performing, results oriented culture and represent one of the best sales teams in Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources provided

• Qualify incoming leads and generate appointments for Team Agents

• Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists

• Input/manage client & lead databases (KV Core)

• Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set

• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

• Report activity and results on a daily basis

• Social demeanor,

• Great communicator.

• Detail oriented a must.

Qualifications:

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills. Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, goal-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator.

We don’t care about experience.(Although, real estate related experience would be a plus). We care about attitude & how you engage with the world around you.

Pay Structure:

$15,000 Base Salary + Bonuses (based on a percentage of sales commission per closed transaction)
