Job description

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.

As a Real Estate Sales Representative at Elders, you'll take the lead in growing our real estate presence in the region through proactive marketing, local networking, and building lasting client relationships. You'll specialise in rural broadacre properties, leveraging Elders' national network and strong local reputation to deliver outstanding results for farming clients.

This role has a strong focus on rural sales, including grazing, cropping, and mixed farming properties that are key to the regional economy. Your knowledge and expertise in rural property markets will be essential to delivering tailored advice and results for farming clients and landowners.

Whether you're a local or looking for a lifestyle change, this is an incredible opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of regional living while working with a nationally recognised brand.

Esperance is famous for its white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, relaxed coastal lifestyle, and strong local community. If you're seeking more balance between your career and personal life, a move to Esperance might be just what you're looking for - and we're open to supporting relocation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • List, market, and sell residential and/or rural broadacre properties
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships based on local knowledge and service excellence
  • Achieve targets for listings, sales, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
  • Support Branch business development initiatives and community engagement
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to promotional events (e.g. field days, community functions)
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, standards, and reporting obligations
  • Collaborate with other Elders teams to provide integrated client solutions

About you

  • Have proven real estate experience, ideally with local market knowledge or strong networking capability, especially in rural sales
  • Hold a current Real Estate Licence (essential) and Driver's Licence
  • Be confident appraising property and identifying its key selling features and potential, particularly with broadacre properties
  • Demonstrate strong real estate marketing and negotiation skills
  • Be familiar with current Real Estate legislation and compliance requirements
  • Be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
  • Be tech-savvy and eager to embrace innovation in the property space

Why Make the Move to Esperance?

  • Live minutes from world-class beaches and national parks
  • Enjoy a friendly, laid-back coastal community
  • Avoid the stress and cost of city living
  • Great local schools, facilities, and outdoor lifestyle
  • Balance your career with lifestyle - and still grow professionally with Elders
