Reafco is an investment-focused real estate brokerage specializing in 1–20 unit residential properties throughout Ohio. Our team works with property investors and homeowners across multiple markets while building long-term market expertise and transactional experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in operating within a production-based environment focused on residential and investment property transactions.
This is a commission-only role suited for individuals comfortable with performance-based compensation and independent prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment property transactions
  • Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics
