Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional services on Traditional and Advanced Networking.
• Implementing core routing and switching at Customer locations.
• Building, configuring, troubleshooting and technical analysis of the customer networks.
• Working directly with CDI and customer technical staff to gather technical requirements
needed to design and implement LAN and WAN communication.
• Providing design, installation, technical support, upgrades and optimization of various network
communications and systems.
• Providing knowledge transfer to customers.
• Performing customer support activities for data communications equipment and networking
system products.
• Engaging in continuous learning to stay abreast on new and emerging technologies. This
includes obtaining vendor-related certifications (Professional level certification preferred –
CCNP, CCDP, or similar), to enhance professional development and our corporate standing with
our vendors.
• Provide daily accounting for your time for time and billing purposes, via the CDI portal tool.
• Work expectations will include weekends, after hours and holidays as deemed by project
• schedule
• Assist and support team members in executing projects on time.
• On non-billable days, assist with practice development activities, train in the CDI Demo Lab and
assist in PS Sales activities, as requested and necessary
• Will provide support for racking of networking equipment and must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Compensation:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD Annual
